These days, we can find sake all over the world, but it's not always good sake. The same can be said about okonomiyaki, which are Japanese savory pancakes that are delicious when paired with a good sake. I’ll show you how to make Hiroshima style okonomiyaki. You’ll also be able to taste five different sakes—which I have found around Japan—to see which one you prefer to drink with your okonomiyaki. With your new knowledge, you will be an okonomiyaki master and Japanese sake lover.

"Okonomi-YUM!"
Ryo was a great host and learning how to make a popular dish from Japan was great fun! After trying out traditional styles of Okonomiyaki during our the rest of our travels, we have to agree with Ryo, Hiroshima Style is the best!
We look forward to making it for our friends now we are home.
