The Ramen will be served with Sakura color topping (it’s made of dried wheat gluten)! 

  • Ramen is a noodle dish with delicious soup and many different toppings. We will make the soup from the scratch, we don't use instant powder!
  • Gyoza is a dumpling with minced pork and vegetable stuffing.

"We loved it!"
My wife and I took our cooking class with Yuca earlier this month. We loved it! We were welcomed to Yuca's home. She gave us very clear directions on how to get there. During the class, we learned a lot in the few hours that we were there. Yuca was very patient and clear in answering all of our questions and walking us through each step. The gyoza and ramen were both delicious, and we feel ready to obtain the ingredients we need and try it out at home.

"Great time making Ramen and Gyozas"
I had a great time at YUCa's cooking class. We met at the train station and then went to her house. It was nice to be taught to cook Ramen from scratch in a Japanese environment. I now finally know also how to make crispy and perfect Gyozas - even got myself a Gyoza pan, now I can follow YUCa's good tips. Many thanks YUCa for a great morning and Lunch.
