The class was just what we were looking for! We wanted to learn to cook some things other than the usual Pad Thai and green/red curry, and this class is perfect for that. Angsana was really accomodating, the trip to the market was a lovely learning experience, and the ingredients she got for our dishes were premium and abundant. The class took place in her home which is in a beautiful part of town and very well set up for the classes. I would absolutely recommend Angsana’s class if you want an intimate and tailored experience.
It was fantastic. She was really nice, patient, full of knowledge about her cooking. It was lovely to learn more of the Thai ways of cooking and culture. It was a real pleasure and I learned a lot, couldn’t be more satisfied.

Angsana and her mother put on an excellent cooking class! This is where you'll learn the secrets to traditional Thai cooking along with the shortcuts most modern restaurants take. Every dish here will be done the traditional way, by hand, from scratch. We've been cooking Thai food for years, but this experience changed our entire approach. I highly recommend this class!
We had the chance to meet our teacher Angsana at the fresh and very local market of the "On Nut" district which was easily accessible by public transport (about 15min sky train from the city center). Angsana is truly passionate about ingredients and cooking techniques - she's been teaching to many people including chefs coming from around the world and this for more than 15 years. She could explain all ingredients that we saw at the market and gave us some insights about how to use them in various dishes. She gave us the freedom and unique privilege to decide ANY dishes we wanted to learn from the fresh ingredients available at the market. We had the chance to be welcomed by the mother of Angsana at the local home in a nice and quiet neighbourhood just a few minutes from the market. We LEARNED A LOT from Angsana as she shared some tips and tricks but also history about the dishes and Thai food culture. Thank you Angsana for this life-changing day!
