This was a highlight of our Milan experience! Our instructor—Gian Paulo—was very knowledge, personable, and fun. His English is great, so it was easy to understand his instructions. We learned so much and the pasta we made was great. We definitely recommend this experience!

We came to Milan for our anniversary, and our evening with Chef Paolo was without a doubt the highlight of our trip. He was a wonderful teacher, and his assistant was so helpful and kind. We were smiling from start to finish - an authentic experience that we would recommend to anyone who visits Milan. We enjoyed the pasta served up in the delicious sauce Paolo prepared, with a lovely bottle of wine and some fantastic company. Perfect!

The cooking class exceeded our expectations. We had expert tuition in making several types of pasta. We enjoyed the pasta making and then enjoyed eating our food with lovely sauces and a nice bottle of wine. Paolo, our host and instructor, and Paolo our chef were both first class. I would thoroughly recommend this class. A great and fun experience.

My boyfriend and I happened to be the only two in the class, so we ended up getting a private pasta class! It was a great immersion experience, since we were able to chat with our instructor Rafie (who is the chef’s helper, since the chef had to work this day at the restaurant and wasn’t able to teach our class) about life in Italy, etc. The location was a bit hard to find and the location’s address wasn’t well labeled. Rafie found us out in front, so all was well in the end! She was very kind and greeted us with a bottle of Chianti and bread. We cooked 3 different types of pastan which we ate for dinner. Rafie also served us tiramisu prepared by the chef. The class was taught at the chef’s home, and Rafie wasn’t familiar with where everything was placed, so the class felt a bit disorganized, but it was a fun and genuine experience. The wine, pasta, and dessert tasted great, and there was plenty of food - couldn’t finish it all. Overall, we had a great time despite the minor hiccups. Thanks Rafie for a great class! Would recommend!
