I had the absolute best time with Jin! She is such a warm and welcoming person and it felt like cooking with my own family.
Her home and kitchen is homey and warm and I appreciated the authentic space, as this is Jin's real home and it's really beautiful, filled with food, plants and cook books.
Jin is a real foodie, so for anyone who really loves food and cooking, the conversations with Jin will be enlightening and a true glimpse into Hakka culture, farming, preserving food and authentic Taiwanese history.
She taught me so much about her Hakka culture as well as food in Taipei.
