Chinese Dim Sum Course

About

Enjoy a two hour hands-on cooking experience at Chinese Cooking Workshop. The aim of this class is to give you the tools to cook Dim Sum just like the Chinese do. During the class you will have the chance to get a demo by the chef before cooking of your own.

Dim sum is a type of cuisine that used to eat with tea, now it's a star in Chinese dishes. It's been served in a steamed baskets and most of them are small bite-sized portions of food. the teacher will show you the detail and technic to make a delicate Dim sum set.

Morning Class:

• 10:00 am: Meeting at the school 
  10:10 am: Introduction of local ingredient
• 10:30 am: Hands-on cooking session
• 12:00 pm: End of class

Afternoon Class:

• 1:00 pm: Meeting at the school
• 1:10 pm: Introduction of local ingredient
• 1:30 pm: Hands-on cooking session
• 3:00 pm: End of class
