The menu will consist of a selection of 5-6 dishes made from seasonal vegetables local meat & seafood. 


時間表

  • 3:45 pm: Meeting at 3.45pm at Gouvia Marina.
  • 4:00 pm: Introduction, Meze with Ouzo.
  • 4:30 pm: Start Cooking Class.
  • 5:30 pm: 10 min brake with fresh juice, coffee or tea.
  • 7:30 pm: Let the feast begin! Enjoy your creations overlooking Corfu Island.
  • 9:00 pm: End of class.

"Yummy!"
Liza is a very good teacher and a great person. She was able to teach us the recipes well and improvised quickly because I need it gluten-free. A great cooking course, it was a lot of fun.

The class has been an unique experience with Liza bring an enthusiastic and eloquent, a charming and considerate, a passionate, professionally organized and skillful cook. The recipes were very authentic and extremely easy to make, the food was simply delicious. We enjoyed the time cooking, chatting, socialising and eating to the extent. The dinner took place on a roof top terrace at Liza‘s home with the most beautiful view on the island‘s landscape and the ocean. We highly recommend this class to anybody, it‘s not to be missed!
"Great evening"
Liza is a very good cook and teacher. She showed us how to cook some traditional greek meals and explained to us on what we should focus on. Liza and her husband are also very sociable, so we had a great evening together eating and chatting. :-) It was an overall awesome experience and I definitely recommend doing it while on Corfu.

Had a great time cooking with Liza. She has been cooking her whole life and we could tell she has a deep passion for cooking. She picked us up from the marina and took us into her beautiful home. The views of the marina were amazing. We felt like it was our own family taking us into their home

Very useful! Liza and Tassos, half of the items you taught us... are now regulars on our home menu (Prawn Saganaki, Spanakopita and the improved version of Greek Salad). Plus, appreciate that you taught us a couple of cool techniques which have nothing to do with Greek cuisine... but are very handy anyway!
