The red lotus symbolizes the heart and passion of Vietnamese culture. At The Vietnamese Cooking Class we draw upon the mystique of this national icon to deliver to you the ultimate Vietnamese culinary adventure!

It matters not your level of experience in the kitchen!

Whether you are new to the art of cooking, a well-weathered cook or you are considered the Master Chef of your home kitchen! You do not need to know what makes "Fish Sauce" so special in Vietnamese culture and so mysterious in flavor. We will teach you!

As long as you are curious about or have a love of Vietnamese cuisine, you have come to the right place! Let our heartfelt passion for Vietnamese culture and cuisine guide your desire to experience and learn the art of Vietnamese cooking.

Let our friendly English speaking chef and staffs share the knowledge that has been passed from generation to generation. From our parents to us, and now to you! We will guide you through food selection, preparation and the enjoyment of presentation and sharing that all combine for a most memorable Vietnamese cultural experience. With the skills you will acquire, you will return home with the ability and confidence to recreate and enjoy with friends and family your favorite food memories of Vietnam!

In this class you'll spend an afternoon away from the famous Saigon heat and humidity. Allow our skilled chef to mentor you through step by step of traditional Vietnamese cooking methodology and enjoy a tasty 3 dishes and one dessert to complete your meal.

"This was absolutely Delightful!"

My daughter moved to Vietnam 6 years ago and this is my first trip here. She loves the food so I wanted to learn how to cook authentic Vietnamese food. I also love to cook. I'm so glad I signed up for this cooking class! The instructor/host was an absolute Joy! She was knowledgable and passionate about Vietnamese cooking. Everything was meticulously planned, prepared and fresh. The dishes were fabulous and we got to create them from scratch with lots of background information about ingredients, etc. And eat them! Best part! :-) I think you will enjoy this class whether you're an experienced cook or a beginner. I can't say enough about it.

"A delicious learning experience"

Mi was an both warm and friendly and a source of information as she took our small class of 4 people through the preparation of three very different Vietnamese dishes. We all learnt a great deal about ingredients we already thought we already knew (particularly Morning Glory) and it was a bonus to be able to purchase some of the specialist utensils to keep our Vietnamese cooking going when we arrive home to Australia. We also appreciated being provided with the recipes of all the dishes we were taught. They were beautifully presented in a lovey colourful folder. All up, a wonderful 3 hours and a real highlight of our Saigon holiday.

My, my instructor, was full of knowledge and very helpful. The menu was things that can be made at home and with ingredients I will be able to find but still had authentic Vietnamese taste.

The class was absolutely a delight. Mi is thorough, professional, creative and fluent in English and Mandarin. The studio was spotless and everything meticulously prepared before hand. We spent a truly lovely afternoon at the Vietnamese Cooking School and are even going back for an unplanned second workshop before we leave!

"Delicious food, easygoing fun afternoon experience"

My mom and I joined the class not long after landing in Saigon for the first time. It was a great way to spend the afternoon, the class format and preparation was very smooth and easygoing. We're definitely going to make some of this food at home in the future!
