課程介紹

Sake is a very popular traditional alcohol beverage in Japan. You can find Sake in airports, supermarkets, restaurants, almost anywhere. Just like French wine or German beer, Sake has tons of brands and genres on the market. Does it taste almost same? What makes Sake so unique? Is there any tips behind the Sake? What can you judge a Sake from its label before you buy? In this activity, you will understand all the basic knowledge of Sake. Hopefully you can find your favorite Sake here!

Children are welcomed to the class but unfortunately we can't serve them Sake.

菜單

You will not not only taste about 5 types of different SAKE but also get at least 9 types of snack for tasting SAKE. You will learn lots of knowledge about what is SAKE. After tasting you will have rice and soup. The menu will be different depends on seasons. 

時間表

• 6:25 pm: Meeting at Ibaraki station.
• 6:30 pm: Cooking time
• 7:15 pm: Tasting SAKE with snacks
• 8:00 pm: Dinner time
• 9:00 pm: Finish
