佛羅倫薩歷史悠久的食品市場，是當地人每天日常購物的地點，跟著當地人的步伐，與麵包師、屠夫和農民真誠交流，親身接觸攤位上琳瑯滿目的新鮮水果、蔬菜、起司、醃製肉類、酒醋、番茄乾、橄欖，以及許多義大利的特色美食。直接跟著生產者，購買各式用於課程的食材，並學習挑選季節性產品的技巧。

是時候前往托斯卡尼的鄉村農莊開始烹飪課了！這不只是一個示範課程，您將會實際參與料理製作，跟著大廚一起完成傳統的托斯卡尼佳餚，學會新鮮義大利麵的製作方法，並且製作出美味道地的義式肉醬，以及經典義式開胃菜：普切塔（Bruschetta ），再佐以一杯用一杯奇揚第紅酒，體驗義式生活的真諦。

"Best day ever"

Lucca was so much fun! Lucia was super sweet too! I can’t wait to get home to Montana to make the pasta!!! Lucca could be on the food network and I would totally watch the show!!!!

"Authentic!"

Gloria and Camella were fantastic they passed on so many little tips and tricks. It was so much fun and our group really clicked. Everything was delicious and they catered for various food restrictions too. Highly recommend for an authentic Italian cooking experience.

"Tuscan farm house cooking and farm tour"

We had a wonderful Tuscan picturesque hilltop outdoor garden and kitchen. We were able to all participate in the food preparation making pasta. Preparing and cooking our own meal was a special treat. It was a different activity for a hot crowded and busy Florence. Thankyou

"Entertaining and educational"

Luca and Carmela were great teachers . There were hands on experiences and we learned that cooking could be fun. The food prep and timing was well coordinated. We would recommend this class to anyone. The estate was amazing despite the soggy, rainy weather.

"Fun Day in the Countryside"

Fabulous tour of the market and hands-on cooking class. Luca makes it very entertaining! He acts as more than a chef but as your personal tour guide with cooking tips, restaurant recommendations, and overall knowledge of Florence. Carmella keeps things on track and pulls in the class members to participate. The lunch is really good. And we helped make it! We highly recommend this experience.
