The Center for Mindful Eating originates from the idea of a cook and a nutritionist convinced that health and taste can coexist on one table. In this private class, you'll be introduced to a variety of Neapolitan plant-based dishes.
All the ingredients are from the Campania region and from natural agriculture, respecting the environment and biodiversity. You will learn how to transform them using traditional, local cooking techniques. During the lesson, Paola, the nutritionist, will guide you along a path of knowledge about health and taste. The passionate chef, Marina, will teach you the secrets of traditional Neapolitan dishes that you can you will be able to reproduce at home.
The lesson on vegetarian dishes in Neapolitan cuisine will be a journey into the culinary traditions and flavors of a population called “leaves eaters”! The nutritionist will illustrate the scientific basis and the health benefits of the vegetarian diet and the cook will prepare traditional dishes with legumes and seasonal vegetables.
