The Northern Traditional Thai Cooking Class takes place at a historic location with a long culinary history. This establishment has been dedicated to developing Northern Thai food and making it more accessible for people to enjoy.

The cooking class focuses on teaching participants how to prepare traditional Northern Thai dishes using simplified techniques that make them easier to recreate at home. While maintaining the authenticity and flavors of Northern Thai cuisine, the class aims to make the recipes and cooking methods approachable for all skill levels.

Our cooking school features a large shop with FDA-approved ingredients. As part of the new experience, our guides will show guests around without any pressure to make purchases. At the beginning of the class, participants will enjoy tasting two local dishes and learning about traditional Thai flavors through direct experiences rather than walking through the market.
Special Gift: Each participant will receive local FDA-approved ingredients to take home. Such as Khao Soi and Hung Lei curry paste.
