This immersive experience starts early for a trip to local market to get the ingredients for the day. After the market tour, you'll undoubtably be ready for a healthy breakfast. With a full stomach you'll be taking on a tour of the local farm and learn more about what it takes to produce the food you'll eventually cook.

When you arrive at the cooking venue, you'll discover a beautiful open area inside of a resort with stunning view of the paddies field. Under the guidance of a Balinese gourmet chef, you'll learn how to prepare delicous local food. This includes a delicious dessert!

During this experience it'll become clear to you, gastronomy as many faceted; it involves discovering, researching, experiencing, and understanding food production, preparation, and consumption of human nutrition as a whole.
