課程介紹

Radish Cake is not just a popular dim sum dish in Chinese restaurants. It's also a Chinese New Year delicacy in the Canton province of China and Hong Kong, representing the chance for promotions to higher positions in your career. 

In this class, you will learn the traditional way to make Radish Cakes which is to mix sliced radishes with glutinous rice flour and cornflour batter. You will then add in diced dried mushrooms, dried shrimps, dried scallops, and Chinese sausages. Then you will steam and it's ready to be served! During this class, you will not only learn how to make a Radish Cakes and Chilled cucumber with garlic but you will have a great opportunity to enjoy cooking with your friends and family.
