Learn to cook Balinese Heritage Ayam Betutu cuisine.
This cooking session will take approximately 2 hours, starting from preparation to the end of cooking. The class will start in the morning. The Master will bring you to experience cooking in a very traditional way with traditional hygiene kitchen tools.

時間表
- 7:00 am: Pick up at your hotel
- 7:15 am: Visit the traditional market
- 9:15 am: Back to the kitchen
- 9:30 am: Briefing of the class
- 9:40 am: Start cooking by sequence
- 11:30 pm: Enjoy your dish
- 12:00 pm: End of the class and back to your hotel
