If you want to escape the crowds, the heat and try something different, I highly recommend going to do a cooking class here. Not only is this a cooking class but also a informal lesson on Thai culture and the Thai language. Jun the teacher was informative, engaging, entertaining and his grasp of English was exceptional also. I created 3 traditional Thai dishes and ate them for lunch. It was flavoursome and delicious. This has inspired me to use the cooking booklet to recreate these dishes when I return home. ขอบคุณ ครับ 🙏🏾

We really loved the class, our instructor chef was super fun and very informative. Enjoyed learning about the different flavour profiles and then preparing and eating our dishes. Have taken the skills home and looking forward to preparing more Thai meals!

The teacher Andro was very funny! We discovered how to make some dishes of the thai gastronomy. We did our own green curry paste.. then we tried all the things that we prepared. Just delicious. When the teacher is good, is to easy learn fast.

One of the best experiences in Thailand. The cooking recipe is so simple that anyone can learn.. The impressive ones : 1. Knowledge of basic ingredients for Thai food 2. How to make basic sauces After this class I’ve known how the tastes come from.

Wir waren eine überschaubare Gruppe von 5-Leuten. Zuerst bekamen wir eine kurze Einführung in die kulturellen Gepflogenheiten Thailands. Dann hat uns unser Chef die Hauptgewürzrichtungen erklärt und wir durften die Basics probieren. Danach hat jeder drei Gerichte zubereitet und gemeinsam eine Curry paste :-) anschließend wurde gemeinsam probiert. Sehr entspannt, informativ und lecker. Dank des Kochbuchs, das es kostenlos gab, kann man definitiv einige Dinge zu Hause nachkochen :-)
