We had a great experience under Chef Kadek and his assistant Ari learning the rich Balinese cuisine. It was definitely a class to remember. My husband and I loved the green papaya soup, sate lilit ayam and the banana fritters. It was tasty and aromatic. And, we got to take home our apron as souvenirs!
Would recommend as something everyone would enjoy, even if you have allergies (of which I have many), they adjusted the recipes to suit.
