We will all use only simple and natural foods, made by traditional recipes, with genuine and authentic flavors, ranging from the scent of friselle to extra virgin olive oil and cherry tomatoes, which inebriated the house. A table full of dishes linked to the ancient family tradition, where you can taste triumphs of vegetables, local cheeses, the typical orecchiette with fresh tomatoes and basil, and macaroni with mussels.
All courses are accompanied by a tasting of fine "Salento wines." Then jam tart and homemade limoncello will conclude an evening of good music.
