Our driver was kind and helpful and the pick-up was very punctual. The team was good, the atmosphere was good. The cooking was good. I regret that we didn't get a printed recipe or the exact amount of cornmeal and water on the tortilla.

We enjoyed going to the market to buy the groceries and the experiences it offered. The restaurant where the class took place was great. There could have been a bit more explanation/teaching but Gaetano was great. I appreciated the fact that he was very relaxed and dealt with the group well. I'm not sure how many serious cooks were in the class though. All in all it was fun and worth the trip/day
