A ROI DEE Cooking School

The cooking workshop was exceptionally well-organized. The farm was spacious and beautiful, surrounded by animals that added to the charm of the setting. The chef and our guide, Aom, explained everything calmly and thoroughly, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It was a very pleasant experience to learn all the recipes at such an easygoing pace. We truly enjoyed every moment.

My husband and I had the most amazing time learning to cook a range of dishes on this course. The course was incredibly personalised and the chefs were hugely personable and so knowledgeable. The food was absolutely delicious and with a pdf copy of all the recipes gifted to us (along with a cute little gift), we will definitely be trying to recreate these recipes at home. Thank you to A Roi Dee Cooking School for giving us one of the highlights of our visit to Chiang Mai.

Exploring the local market and receiving explanations about different ingredients was fascinating. The cooking demonstration made everything so clear and enjoyable. We ended up eating a lot, feeling pleasantly full, but it was all part of the fun. Creating delicious dishes together was truly memorable.
