課程介紹
Baan Thai的泰文意思是「泰式家庭」，這裡更像家一樣的溫馨，將最好的文化與料理精髓與你分享。教室位於充滿泰式古意的建築裡，讓旅人在輕鬆寫意的氣氛下享受烹飪。幽默風趣的老師與簡單易懂的講解，料理不再複雜，而是成就滿滿的自我挑戰！
教室位於清邁古城區的中心，距離Thapae Gate只有幾個街區，搭配免費的酒店接送，輕鬆抵達教室。
課程一開始會介紹泰式文化，而後提著竹籃到菜市場採買當日食材。可以自行勾選喜歡的菜色，每煮一道菜就會坐下來與新朋友一起享受美食，充實有趣的體驗行程，是最好認識泰式飲食文化的方式喔！

3) 清爽前菜

4) 咖哩醬

時間表
- 4:00-4:30 pm: 酒店大廳，專車接送到教室
- 4:40 pm: 市場導覽、請自採買食材
- 5:00 am: 精彩料理課程開始
- 8:30 pm: 結束課程，專車送回指定地點

"Absolutely amazing"
If you're ever in Chiang Mai, do not miss the opportunity to attend this cooking lesson. Everything is so well explained and you're assisted every step of the way if something isn't clear.
You'll learn to cook the most popular Thai dishes and well as taste them.
Trip to the market which is included is a whole different experience!

"Great cooking, good fun"
The class was excellent - really well organized and the cooks teaching us made it such good fun, especially Tommy. The dishes were varied and delicious. We had much more choice than I had expected.
However I didn't think the market section added much. The small number of stalls did not feel like a genuine market that local people would buy their produce from.
Over all I thought this course was excellent and I'd highly recommend it.
