課程介紹
Emam class- Near the valley of flowers - where you can mix with nature and close to the lake - where the feeling is generous, cool. Classes are created with two criteria. One is to provide an easy and enjoyable dining experience, spacious and clean. The second is to give you meals like the real Vietnamese, the interesting stories about culture, the use of chopsticks, the community culture of the Vietnamese. Relaxing class with light snacks and personalized guidance from indigenous people. Also bring back recipes for use at any time.

Morning Class:
- 9:00 am: Pick up from your hotel
- 9:15 am: Local Market Tour

- 1:00 pm: Return to hotel
Afternoon Class:

"Delightful Time in Hanoi"
We had a delightful time at the Hanoi Cooking Class. Everyone prepared their own three-course meal. We had an appetizer of fresh papaya salad. Dessert with panana
We did the afternoon course and spent from 5 in the afternoon until 9:30, preparing and eating. It was a great way to spend the time and have an enjoyable meal.
The chef was delightful and have a sparkling personality that kept us in engaged.
Our youngest grandchild is six and she had no trouble preparing her own meal. This included cutting the vegetables, rolling the spring roll, and making peanut sauce.
If you’re looking for a fun way to spend part of the day, we highly recommend this activity.

"Perfect way to discover Vietnamese Cuisine"
Perfect way to discover Vietnamese cuisine. Great fun shopping in the market, then returning to Em Am Cooking Class to prepare for a delicious lunch. Some of the best food of our entire trip. It was fantastic! Highly recommended!

"Loved all of it"
Loved all of it. Trip to the market, buying fresh ingredients to cook with. Having the chance to see all the produce. The cooking was great too, learnt so much from Trang who was our tutor. She was very lovely and knowledgeable. We made 4 dishes and ate it afterwards, all delicious! Class lasted about 3,5 hours and cost $36 each which we felt that was well prices for the experience. Really a must do!

"Highly recommend the experiences in Hanoi"
I did the morning cooking class with Sam, our lovely instructor for the day at the local market and later for cooking. Sam spoke fluently English and was very informative about local spices and traditional Vietnamese food! She even recommended some local spots for local food and drinks for later. Loved the market visit and later the cooking class at their lovely house! We made the best BBQ pork noodle I have ever tried and fresh spring rolls was so delicious!
Highly recommend the experience!
y friend and I did the class together, even though he doesn't enjoy cooking like I do. We had such a great time! The instructor we had was fun and knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed the walk to the local market - it was so interesting and our instructor was patient and answered all of our questions. I couldn't believe how many dishes we cooked and how good the food was. Highly recommend!

"Em Am Cooking School is Awesome"
It was a very interesting experience in Hanoi although my friend and I have been there for several weeks before the cooking class and already knew a lot about Vietnamese food. We would recommend it to everyone!
