"Delight in this memorable cooking experience"

This is a 100% hands on cooking class. You will acquire the skills to cook some traditional Greek dishes in the comfort of Liza's home. Liza is a passionate cook with a family history of Cafe's that started in Melbourne with her Mothers first café when Liza was 6 years old and she went on to owning her own Café in Melbourne in 2001.

2 years ago Liza moved to Greece and married a Greek man (Tassos). Her love for cooking is now focused on her home style cooking classes, she invites you into her beautiful home with breathtaking panoramic views overlooking Corfu to enjoy learning the secrets of some famous Greek dishes that her Mother in law Mary & Grandmother Areti have shared with her.

The menu will consist of a selection of 5-6 dishes made from seasonal vegetables local meat & seafood. 

時間表

• 3:45 pm: Meeting at 3.45pm at Gouvia Marina.
• 4:00 pm: Introduction, Meze with Ouzo.
• 4:30 pm: Start Cooking Class.
• 5:30 pm: 10 min brake with fresh juice, coffee or tea.
• 7:30 pm: Let the feast begin! Enjoy your creations overlooking Corfu Island.
• 9:00 pm: End of class.
