從精神充沛的魚市場，開啟巴里島的一天！跟著在地人的腳步，一起找尋新鮮魚貨，聆聽熱情的叫賣聲，充分感受到早晨的活力後，將會回到美麗的阿瑪拉別墅，跟著經驗豐富的主廚學習巴里島傳統料理的烹飪秘訣。從切菜開始，一步步烹煮、調味，親手製作出三道經典的美食。課程的尾聲，主廚還會要請各地旅人一起共進午餐，風景秀麗的環境下，留下難忘的巴里島時光。

- 傳統長豆沙拉（Lawar Salad）
- 香蕉葉蒸魚（Tum Ikan）
- 椰子煎餅佐棕梠糖漿和椰子碎片（Dadar Gulung）
週二、週四和週六:
- 青木瓜海鮮湯（Jukut Gedang Mekuah）
- 香茅雞肉沙爹串和白米飯（Sate Lilit Ayam）
- 炸香蕉（Godoh Biu）
素食菜單:
- 加多加多（Gado-Gado）
- 香蕉葉烤天貝（Pepes Tahu）

The chef was great, we went togeather to the fishmarket, he explained me everything about how to buy fresh fish, on the cooking class he tould us everything in detail how should we do and it was just really amazing 😉

"Great experience in Bali"
It was a really a great experience learning how to cook authentic Balinese food! The chef was really friendly. I also liked that it was a private class. The environment of the cooking area is beautiful, surounded by a pool and garden.
