"You Choose the Dishes" Cooking Class

課程介紹

Our cooking school offers hands-on classes–regular, vegetarian or vegan. Our English-speaking Thai chef will teach you authentic Thai cooking in our comfortable air conditioned classroom which are centrally located at 210/4 Phetkasem Road, Soi 82 ,Hua Hin . First, our chef instructor will demonstrate each dish, and then you will have an opportunity to duplicate what she showed you.

(Vegetarian options are available upon request). Each student in your group can choose different dishes or choose the same dishes.

4 dishes/class + a curry paste to prepare

Select one Curry + Chicken

• Green Curry
• Massaman Curry
• Red Curry

• Egg Noodle in chicken curry (Khao Soi) 

Select one Stir Fry

• Stir Fried Chicken with Cashews
• Stir Fried minced pork  with Basil
• Stir Fried Chicken with Ginger
• Stir Fried Black Pepper Prawn
• Stir Fried Morning Glories
• Sweet and Sour chicken

Select one Soup, Fried Rice or Noodle or Satay 

• Tom Yum Kung (Hot and sour prawn soup)
• Chicken in Coconut Milk soup
• Pad Thai (Noodle)
• Pineapple Fried Rice
• Fried Rice with Egg
• Chicken Satay with peanut sauce. 

Select one Salad or Dessert

• Mango with Sticky Rice (Dessert)
• Minced pork  Salad (Larb Moo) 
• Green Papaya Salad (Som Tam)
• Pomelo Salad
• Green Mango Salad
• Glass noodle Salad

時間表

Morning class (with Market tour)

• 8:25-8:30 am: Pick up at your hotel lobby (Hua Hin Town)
• 8:30-8:35 am: Pick up at the clock tower.
• 8:40 am: Local market tour
• 9:10 am: Arrive at the school, start to prepare ingredients and cook in Thai kitchen.
• 12:00 pm: Enjoy your dishes

Afternoon class (No Market tour but learn vegetable carving)

• 1:50-1:55 pm: Pick up from the Hotel or clock tower
• 2:00 pm: Arrive at the our school.
• 2:10 pm. Basic vegetable carving and start to prepare ingredients, cook in Thai kitchen
• 5:00 pm: Enjoy your dishes
