This was my second course, the first was about 18 months ago and I was on an afternoon class - which was brilliant.
When I checked into my hotel the concierge asked what I was aiming to do during my stay, when I mentioned the course he knew exactly which one it was and recommended I do the morning course with the market tour.
The tour was brilliant and May was very knowledgable and insightful.
From there we went back to the school and proceeded to cook 4 dishes, I had checked to make sure they were different to my last visit.
The vibe within the school was brilliant and May kept us all on track with the preparation and her stories about Bangkok life.
If you are reading this then don’t hesitate to book - it’s such fun and both times I’ve been the classes have had such an eclectic mix of people who all got on.
Only have a light breakfast as everything you cook you eat and 4 courses by lunch, while lovely, did leave me thinking a smaller breakfast would have been a good idea.
