課程介紹

These days, many people like to eat Sushi. However, we do not have so many chances to know how to make Sushi, as well as to learn to do it. That's why we decided to conduct Sushi cooking class for foreign tourists. there are a Japanese Sushi chef, and Japanese high school students who helps you to communicate during the class so that you won't have any disability.

Three kinds of Sushi

• Nigiri Sushi (hand shaped Sushi)
• Chakin Sushi (wrapped Sushi)
• Temaki Sushi (hand rolled Sushi)

時間表

• 4:00 pm: Gathering up & introduction
• 4:15 pm: Explanation from chef
• 4:30 pm: Cooking time
• 5:15 pm: Tasting time
• 5:45 pm: Farewell
• 6:00 pm: End of the cooking class
