I was desperate to take a Thai cooking class on my last day in Thailand.
Lucky me I came across with Suwannee class. It almost felt like a private classe, we were just 3 people. We first went to the market, where we were given our first lesson on breakfast. I do find it so important to go and learn to identify the ingredients at the market the same way you’d find them at your home country.
Second, at Suwannee’s kitchen, everything was already prepared by the time we got there. We’d cook our own food, supervised at each step and eat it afterwards. Simply amazing, good value for money, and just the 3 people for 1 teacher. Great!
