You'll make traditional, easy to prepare Japanese dishes. It's time to start cooking. Each dish should only take about 20 minutes. There are plenty of complicated and time-consuming Japanese dishes, but I want you to learn ones that you'll use!

"Fantastic cooking class to learn the Japanese home cooking basics!"
Very fun and enjoyable class. Great kitchen space for learning and trying out Japanese home style cooking!

Kyoko and Chie are great cooks and we had a lot of fun. We made a few dishes we can easily replicate at home that were super tasty. Abaolutely worth a go!

We prepared and cooked beef, eggs, salmon, rice, and soup. Lulu and her assistants were very friendly. It was a fun family experience.

Easy menu for my kids and husbands to make. Our menu was chicken teriyaki, rice balls, egg omelette roll, and miso soup. They were so accommodating that they prepare meat-free and dairy-free option for us. We all enjoyed learning a new healthy way of cooking without added oil enjoyed the fruit of our labor.

My two teenage daughters and I took this class and had a wonderful time. It was a good change of pace for a morning, we had fun and learned skills we can use at home. Masuko was a great teacher, patient and kind and definitely included all of us! She was able to adapt the menu to exclude red meat which we appreciated. We made dashi, miso soup, tamagoyaki (omelette ) rice balls seasoned with baby sardine sauce, grilled marinated salmon and fish and asparagus rolls( usually beef). It made for a delicious hearty lunch. Masuko gave us detailed recipe print outs with both writing and photographs . She also told us lots of extra information about techniques, ingredients and equipment - including where to get them in Tokyo. Overall an experience we’d highly recommend.
