In this workshop, you will discover the fascinating history of the madeleine, including a charming anecdote about Proust's famous madeleine. You'll be introduced to all the essential ingredients—butter, eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice, baking powder, and milk—needed to create this classic treat.

Under Emmanuel's guidance, you'll receive expert tips on techniques and ingredient proportions to ensure your madeleines turn out perfectly. At the end of the session, each participant will take home a small box of their own madeleines along with a printed recipe.

"It was a special experience in Paris!"
I was a little worried about my first baking class + atelier in my first foreign language, but I was able to listen to the language in French or English, and they explained it easily and I was able to participate easily and have fun!! Ms. Emmanuel was kind and comfortable:) There are up to two people, so I recommend it as a special experience with friends or family. I said I was planning to open other baking classes such as tarts, but I'd like to participate again when I have a chance. (Madeleine was so good as soon as I finished class🥹👍🏼)
