In this class you will put your hands to work making two different pasta doughs and two recipes of gelato, the classic Italian ice cream.
Techniques of rising dough and ice cream making will be learned and performed together. This lesson involves also information about biological transformation and the risk of bacteriological contamination.
You will learn how to make real Italian food in a comfortable environment, finding great moments of fun and laughter!
The lesson is completely hands-on and the Chef will guide you through the preparation of the dishes. Everything starts from scratch (nothing is prepared in advance) and every participant will be actively involved in the kitchen.
The lasting time of lesson is 3 hours. The meal is enjoyed at a table with water and wine included.
