Vietnamese food is known to be healthy, delicious, and forms a large part of the Vietnamese culture. This half day tour gives you a hands-on lesson on how to shop for fresh ingredients and cook authentic Vietnamese food.

This cooking class is an interactive, personal and fun way to learn new cooking skills and experience the tastes and textures of Vietnamese cuisine. You'll prepare dishes under the guidance of professional chefs at your own workstation. You'll have access to a fully equipped professional kitchen and all the knowledge you need! 

However, before the cooking class, you'll start the day at the local market to enjoy some food tasting and learn more about the ingredients and the culture. This market is truly local and not many tourists visit, giving you the unique experience of Vietnamese life. The guide will have taught you some useful Vietnamese words to make the shopping easier. 

This is a fully hands-on experience in a professional kitchen with a flexible choice of menu.

"If you are a happy person around food, you can be a professional chef. It is fueled by passion". The guest can practice the fruit carving upon your preference such as making rose from tomato, butterfly from pumpkin, flower from pomelo.

Chef's Gourmet Corner

• BBQ pork noodles (Bun Cha)
• Fried spring rolls
• Banana flower salad
• Traditional beef noodles soup (Pho)

For vegetarian

• Spring rolls (fresh or fried)
• Tofu with tomato sauce
• Special Eggplant with ginger sauce
• Banana flower salad with unique vegetarian sauce

Seafood choice

• Hanoi special grilled fish
• Green mango salad with seafood/ pomelo salad with seafood
• Crab/fish noodles soup

• 9:00 am: Pick up from hotel 
• 9:30 am: Welcome with special homemade herbal tea
• 10:00 am: Local market visit 
• 10:30 am: Back at kitchen — start hands-on experience
• 1:30 am: Enjoy our own creations
• 2:00 pm: Back to your hotel

Afternoon Class

• 3:00 pm: Pick up from hotel
• 3:30 pm: Welcome with special homemade herbal tea
• 5:00 pm: Local market visit
• 5:30 pm: Back at kitchen - start hands-on experience
• 7:30 pm: Enjoy our own creations
