課程介紹

Learn how to cook southern Italian dishes from Naples and Sorrento under the guidance of Chef Antonino Aiello. 

You'll learn how to prepare traditional family recipes using fresh fish and produce from local suppliers. During the class, you can sample the ingredients used to prepare the dishes to understand and experience the importance of their quality.

After cooking up a storm, we'll dine together on these beautiful Italian dishes and drink complimentary local wine. 

Please note that families with children are more than welcome to our cooking class.

  • Prosecco cocktail with salt and pepper shrimps
  • Hand made pasta such as gnocchi, ravioli or scialatielli served with clams and mussels
  • Fish "Crazy water style" with cherry tomatoes or fish in salt crust 
  • Coffee tiramisù
  • Sparkling or plain mineral water and white or red wine (a bottle for two guests)

"Fabulous… people and food"
Tony and Manuel made us at home from the moment we arrived. We learnt so much from Tony’s amazing experience. The ingredients were so fresh… Tony had been to the fish market that morning. All the food was delicious. Would definitely recommended adding this class to your Sorrento stay.

It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Held in a charming kitchen in the heart of Sorrento, the class offered an intimate setting that was both educational and entertaining. Our chef was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about seafood, guiding us through the preparation of three exquisite dishes. We began with a refreshing seafood salad, followed by a flavorful seafood pasta, and ended with a delicious baked fish with a citrus twist. The hands-on approach allowed us to learn various cooking techniques and tips that are easy to replicate at home. The class also included a tasting session with local wines, which perfectly complemented our dishes. This cooking class is ideal for anyone looking to enhance their seafood cooking skills and enjoy a memorable culinary experience in Sorrento.

The class took place in a beautiful kitchen right in the center of Sorrento, which added to the charm of the experience. Our chef was not only a master of seafood cuisine but also an excellent teacher who made the process enjoyable and accessible for all skill levels. We started with a visit to the local fish market, where we learned about selecting the freshest seafood. Back in the kitchen, we prepared three mouthwatering courses: a succulent seafood risotto, perfectly grilled calamari, and a delicate lemon-infused fish fillet. Each dish was a testament to the region's rich culinary heritage. The chef's passion and expertise shone through every step, and by the end of the class, I felt confident in my ability to recreate these dishes at home. This class is a must-do for seafood lovers and anyone looking to experience the true flavors of Sorrento.

The class was so enjoyable. Antonio was informative and entertaining he made the night a lot of fun. I wish he were my cookery teacher at school as I would have enjoyed those classes and learned a lot more about cooking! The meatballs and tiramisu we made were delicious and I can't wait to try making them again at home. To sum up Perfetto! You must take this class.
