課程介紹
Making nigiri-sushi is a skill that is difficult to master alone. Luckily, we can be able to provide you a hands-on experience under the guidance of an expert at Sakura cook. In a small group, learn how to make nigiri-sushi, as well as Japanese stock and miso soup. Experience the traditional and popular Japanese cuisine with our interactive cooking class.

時間表
Evening session:
- 5:30 pm: Start class
- 5:35 pm: Prepare Sushi rice
- 5:45 pm: Cook roll omelet for Nigiri-sushi
- 6:00 pm: Japanese broth and Miso soup
- 6:20 pm: Make Nigiri-sushi
- 7:10 pm: Enjoy the meal
- 7:30 pm: End of the cooking class

"Family time fun"
We learn a lot of how to make miso soup from scratch and also the art of sushi making . It’s not as easy as it seems . All ingredients are fresh and yummy

"Professional, Welcoming, Delicious!"
My friend and I took the Beginner’s cooking class yesterday with Ms. Fumiyo Okamoto, who was extremely kind and welcoming!
My friend is vegan and so we were delighted to see that the class provided a vegan option!
We learnt to make some delicious miso and sashimi!
The tutor was very patient and we had the best time!!!!
We are here for 3 months so will definitely book another class too!
