嗨,我叫蘇蒂達,但大家都叫我“艾伊廚師”。

我母親當了45年廚師,教我她烹飪泰國菜的秘訣。我以前開過壹家餐館,在國外工作了兩年,在巴西做過壹家泰國餐館的廚師和經理。

回到泰國我教烹飪已經很多年了。我很榮幸能與世界各地對食物和烹飪充滿熱情的人們分享我的經驗和泰國食譜。

"Perfect - learned a lot (vegan)"
It was awesome! She is a very nice lady! She picked us up at the metro station and drove with us to a local market (no tourists - only us) we bought ingredients and she showed us a lot and explained all the ingredients. She also bought us water, Thai Tea and a little dessert for breakfast. She even took wonderful pictures throughout the day aswell! We asked her a lot of questions and she answered all of them. (also none cooking related questions) At her house she showed us even more ingredients and explained a lot!! We made four different dishes. All vegan. It was quite simple to cook vegan meals in the Thai kitchen when you know which ingredients you have to swap out. She also told us how we can supplement ingredients we can't find at home. The taste was amazing!! Best mango sticky rice of my life. She was very nice and funny! It really was more than a "cooking" class. It was a culinary experience 😊 Learned a lot and we could cook every meal to our personal tasting. She always said: You should cook to your taste 10/10 would do again!

The lessons were very individualized, beginner friendly and informative. We turned out delicious food and I learned a lot about the Thai ingredient groups. The instructor shared her cooking history and gave a lot of alternate ingredients when I go back to my home country.

"Everything and more! Super authentic & surprise solo cooking class"
I love to cook so I decided to take a Thai cooking class in Bangkok and I was attracted by the "localness" of this cooking class. Chef Aey was able to accommodate my last minute booking and I was surprised to find out that it would be a class with only me! She took me to her local market where I'm pretty sure I was the only non-local person there, explained all the different vegetables, fruits, meats and herbs. I didn't even know there were so many different types of "ginger". I was able to smell everything and understand why each ingredient is used in each dish. This class is much better than other cooking classes I've been to because it was in her humble home and she was such a gracious host, there also wasn't 10 other students and you actually get to cook and prepare your own food instead of pre-prepared steps by the chef. She took her time to explain how dishes are made and named... plus gave me some local desserts to try too! Everything I made also tasted so good! This was such an authentic experience which left me with a greater appreciation for cooking, Thai food and culture! I can't wait to make the dishes at home again.

Der Kochkurs bei Chef Aey war eine tolle Erfahrung. Wir haben bei Ihr sehr viel neues lernen können und man merkt, dass sie die Kurse mit sehr viel Herzblut macht. Sowohl beim Marktbesuch als auch beim Kochen selbst hat sie uns viel Hintergrundwissen mitgeben können. Durch ihre sympathische Art haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir können einen Kochkurs bei ihr wärmstens empfehlen! Die Gerichte, die wir gekocht haben, waren wirklich lecker. Am besten bringt man auch genug Hunger mit, da die Gerichte in ordentlichen Portionen gekocht werden, was wir sehr positiv fanden.
