課程介紹
跟著主廚一起逛完傳統市場，踏進明亮寬敞的教室，準備開始有趣又美味的越南料理體驗。這裡是由一群充滿教學熱情的老師們，向世界各地的旅客分享烹飪樂趣的歡樂廚房。在溫暖的氛圍中，每位學員都有自己專屬的廚具，主廚一面教學，一旁還有助理細心協助，就算沒有下廚經驗也能輕鬆做出美味喔！
透過課程也會認識當地食材的使用如香料與魚露、親手包出翠綠的生春捲、學習食物擺盤與顏色搭配。同時認識各國旅客，歡笑之中有吃有玩，留下最深刻的胡志明市旅遊回憶。每班皆為小班精緻教學，很適合情侶、親子與好友一起同樂喔！

- 鮮翠越南生春捲(餡料：蝦、豬肉、新鮮香草及米線)
- Saigon Cooking Class的獨家花生沾醬
- 青芒果沙拉搭沙嗲雞肉串燒
- 荷葉什錦炒飯

星期三:
- 香酥越南炸春捲(餡料：豬肉與冬粉)
- 傳統風味魚露沾醬
- 新鮮蓮藕沙拉拌鮮蝦、豬肉與越南香料
- 鮮蔬乾米線拌醃豬肉(搭配特製柑橘醬)
- 當季限定甜點
星期四:
- 芥末鮮蝦蔬菜捲
- 特製酸甜柑橘沾醬
- 糯米豬肉炸糰子
- 炭烤香茅牛肉捲搭米線或米飯
- 當季限定甜點
星期五:
- 開胃鳳梨鮮蝦酸湯
- 涼拌香蕉花沙拉
- 酥脆米餅搭配蔬菜、豬肉與鮮蝦

星期六:
- 香酥越南炸春捲(餡料：豬肉與芋頭)
- 魚露風味沾醬
- 菠菜豬肉沙拉（鵪鶉蛋與特製柑橘醬
- 魷魚鮮蔬炒麵

周二到周日、每天開課
上午課程:
- 8:45 am:於濱城市場(Ben Thanh market)的Cua Tay出口集合
- 9:00 am: 濱城市場巡禮、認識當地食材香料
- 10:00 am: 在殖民風格廚房裡享受烹飪
- 1:00 pm: 課程結束

"Very good experience"
The market tour with the guide/chef was very interesting. Then the cooking class is very well-organized and it was a pleasure to follow it. All the staff of the cooking studio are lovely 👌🏼

The tour of the market was so interesting, and the actual cooking class was fantastic - the food we cooked was delicious and our guide/teacher was wonderful. Very knowledgable and funny! Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Ho Ch Minh City :)

"It was amazing experience"
The cooking class was really well organized with 3 dishes to cook and an amazing chef to share the cooking tips. A highly recommended activity for immersion into Vietnamese cuisine! So much worth it!

"Fun, informative and tasty"
The market tour was very informative. The instructor gave us great information about the various meats and vegetables to be used in the class.
The class was a small group. We received instruction about the kitchen tools, ingredients, and the process, then we made the dish ourselves. Each student had his/her own prep station and wok.
Instructor was very knowledgable and helpful.
I highly recommend the class.
