Hands-on Coffee Experience: Roast and Make Drip Coffee with Cycle Rickshaw

課程介紹

The tour starts from picking you up by cycle rickshaw and go along streets, catch up traffic and get a closer look of the local life. Then walk around the Ban Co local market to see the busy scene and local food ingredients. On the way, you can take photos of authentic life in Nguyen Thien Thuat resident apartment. You will get the chance to communicate with local people too.

After the short walk we will go to the Coffee House. Where you learn the history of Vietnamese coffee, the different beans: Robusta. We will instruct you to roast the coffee bean with a special customized machine. 

In the coffee house you will learn:

• How to roast coffee beans in a certain temperature
• How to clean coffee beans after roasting and grind them into powder
• How to recognize the real coffee and the fake/chemical one
• How to make Vietnamese drip coffee in the original way

The tour also includes:

• English speaking tour guide
• Souvenir of your own grid coffee
• A set of Vietnamese drip coffee kit

• Iced coffee with condensed milk
• Iced coffee with coconut milk

時間表

• 9:00 am: Time for meet up
• 9:15 am: Walk around the Cambodian market
• 9:40 am: Visit the flower market in the city
• 10:00 am: Learn and taste the history of coffee
• 11:00 am: End of the session
