A one day "hands-on" cooking course, where students learn to prepare a Mexican 3 course meal in a chic and cozy atmosphere. Classes are held in a fully equipped and professional kitchen created for cooking courses in the home of the chef.
Students also learn about our many varieties of fresh and dried peppers and we end the class with a lesson and tasting on tequila and mescal.
All material is included, drinks, recipes and instructions from the chef.
Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options are available. Any allergies or special food dislikes are also taken in consideration so that all students can fully enjoy their meal.
