We have been on this Balinese cookery class and have learned so much. First of all a trip to the fish market for a selection of fresh fish, tips what to look for when buying fish etc. Back to classes where everything was well organized, alternative ingredient selection was given when you are cooking at home, all very attentive . It was an hands on class but guidance from the chef and his assistants was given. Food tasted delicious and we plan to visit the hotel restaurant before leaving the island. If you are a foodie this is a must go!

Right from the start I felt extremely welcomed. The chef was a top quality and was very knowledgeable and the food was honestly amazing 10/10. Highly recommend.
