泰式阿卡厨房是清迈相当与众不同的厨艺教室！座落于古城墙旁，让旅人学习泰国菜的同时，还能一窥阿卡料理的风貌，认识泰国文化与阿卡文化的差异，透过食物深入理解泰国的历史与阿卡部落的文化。
上午课程将由传统市场导览开启序幕，避开观光客充斥的观光市场，发现泰国人民的日常生活模样。接着，走进泰国阿卡风格的厨艺教室，悠然放松的氛围下，一起愉快的学习泰式阿卡料理， 聆听部落的故事。

"Fabulous"
Delicious food choices. Excellent instruction and tutors. Very well organised. Probably the best cooking class I have attended in Thailand. Great and amusing explanations of recipe origins. Added interest with history of area and food. Scientific reasons added to give information for adding certain ingredients ts. Niti an inspiring tutor. And her assistant too. And kop khan ka to the kitchen hands who washed and dried and prepped and helped the day go smoothly. Enjoyed the market visit. The new flavours. All in all I would recommend d this class.

"Amazing cooking class"
The cooking class was very well organized, which meant that we were able to prepare a variety of different meals in a relative short time! All of them were delicious and I will definitely re-cook some of them at home (which will be easily possible thanks to a helpful recipe booklet we received at the end of the class)! Don’t hesitate to book this cooking class!

"Delicious!"
Incredible experience and delicious food! The staff were all amazing and patient and great at what they do. They made the class fun whilst teaching about their Akha culture.
I chose this school as you get to learn to cook, assist, watch and most importantly: eat 10 different dishes. Make sure to go hungry as there are multiple breaks to eat every couple of hours!
I ended up using their cookbook as a shopping list to buy ingredients. Can't wait to try it at home!
