来到河内这座美食城市，一定不能错过一堂寓教于乐的厨艺课程！来到我们位于老城区的教室，一起拜访河内最大的传统市场，认识越南料理的基本香料，并且亲自采买新鲜食材。
我们的课程中，将教导旅人代表性十足的五道传统料理：牛肉河粉、烤肉米线、炸春卷、青木瓜沙拉和蛋咖啡，即使是素食者，我们也会提供合适的菜单，让你一起享受越式烹饪的乐趣与美好，掌握厨师独门的烹调秘诀，亲手制作出美味可口的河内传统佳肴。

"Great!"
The class was wonderful :) ruby gave our family a private class and even my 5 yo daughter and 8 yo could participate in the class. She gave us time to translate to them and really involved them. We got to cook 5 dishes and ate so much. The food was really delicious and we feel confident we will be able to do it again. We had enough for breakfast the next morning also!
Would really recommend the class!

"Kleine Gruppe, großer Spaß"
Der Kochkurs mit Ruby war super. Als wir ankamen ging es direkt los und wir haben zusammen gegenüber eingekauft. Ruby hat einiges dazu erzählt und erklärt. Wir haben zu sechst gekocht, es war alles super gut vorbereitet und durch Rubys Anleitung ging es einfach und unkompliziert von der Hand. Am Ende hatten wir ein leckeres Essen zusammen und haben alle gemeinsamen noch bisschen erzählt. Alles in allem eine schöne Sache, bei der man noch was lernt und mit tollem Essen belohnt wird. Und Ruby war die beste Lehrerin die man sich vorstellen kann.

"Wonderful experience"
May was a great teacher, she really explained the history of the food we prepared and gave us many facts on ingredients and cooking technqiues. She truly involved all of us in the class and made sure it was as much fun as possible! The food was great and we made so much i could even take some home as a bonus :) Would recomend this class to my friends
