The cooking class was very good, very well teacher named Vy. We were in a small group, only three persons and Vy explained very well how to buy the ingredients and what's important to regard for buying in Vietnam. There are of course other conditions than in Europe.
After buying the ingredients we started preparing the dishes immediately no waste time for waiting and telling no sense stories, perfect. Vy showed us the right way to roll spring rolls, cut mushrooms, green papaya etc. prepared the base for Pho bo in fast way, throw the meat balls to get stronger......some secrets of the Vietnamese cuisine.
The result of cooking was very tasty and the atmosphere in dining room was very relaxed and funny, and we got some more information about the way of living in Vietnam, not only cooking.
Our recommendation in Hanoi, you should do it.
