This class led by Chef Paul at the famed Blue Elephant was personal and comprehensive. It started with a trip to a local market and each of the four dishes we made from scratch was delicious and beautiful. Chef Paul first show us how to make each dish followed by a hands on session in the kitchen to make the dishes on our own. At the end, we got to enjoy the dishes in its beautiful restaurant. We lucked out with a small group of only two couples. Our dishes included yellow curry beef, spicy fish, sweet and sour prawn soup and finally a chicken salad. All made with locally ingredients and tasked amazing! Highly recommend this class if you want to learn about authentic Thai cooking from the best! We left satisfied, recipes in hand and a nice Blue Elephant apron.
