Experience the Cooking Class in the heart of the city and as the Italian tradition wants.

At 100 meters from Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori Gregory's restaurant is ready to welcome you with Chef Michele who is waiting for you.

When you arrive, you can sit down and relax with a good glass of wine and a crouton while you will be provided with the apron and hat and we explain you the briefing before starting the interesting lesson on the pasta.

Introduction to tradition and ingredients that will be used. Ready and go with your hands to mix the ingredients and knead and then spread the dough.

"Show" with the Chef in handmade pasta and at the end .... the noodles!

No previous experience is needed since your Chef will guide you through the practical and fun process for adults and children.

You also see how to reproduce the succulent sauce of rib and meatballs that will condiment the fresh pasta made together.
