Step by step, in small groups, our “mamma” will guide you in preparing extraordinary dishes with the intense taste and smells of our land. enjoys sharing her knowledge of Italian foods and recipes. 

Immerse yourself in an authentic cooking experience, guided by a genuine Sicilian mother who will assist you in crafting the courses of the wintertime menu you choose. Engage with her to address any queries or curiosities about the recipes that define the culinary heritage of this island.

At the end of the cooking course enjoy sharing with other classmates your own made lunch, accompanied by a glass of wine or two.
