Following this appetizer-time, you'll enjoy a tour through the school's organic vegetable garden. Here, all ingredients will be handpicked directly from nature, including eggs from happy chickens. You'll discover how seasonal, organic products are grown, how to recognize them, and make a selection based on the recipes.
With the guidance of Mother Nature, you'll prepare a delicious 4-course menu following traditional family recipes and cooking techniques.
After the hands-on cooking session, you'll enjoy your starter, pasta dish, main dish, and dessert with an unmissable glass of local wine (or a few).
