Imagine a stunning view of Rome, St. Peter's Basilica at sunset, a glass of prosecco in your hand, and a new group of friends ready to get their hands dirty together with you. To this image, add mascarpone, espresso coffee, chocolate, flour, ricotta cheese, the best olive oil ever, potatoes, and an apron!

Along with our local chef and guide, you will create your Roman dinner from scratch! We'll make the creamiest tiramisù, the best ricotta-stuffed ravioli, the fluffiest potato gnocchi ever, and the two sauces that will accompany each of your dishes. 

Once you have completed your creation, grab a glass of Italian wine and enjoy the 3-course dinner you prepared. What better way is there to enjoy a fun, local evening in Rome?

• Our cooking class has a very particular concept. It’s a Cooking Class & Dinner experience! It is a wonderful 3 hour experience that will really make your tastebuds jump with joy!
• 
  The evening will start off in a charming location in Trastevere. We have secured a private room in a local restaurant. Our chef and guide will meet you there and you will start off with a hands-on cooking class.
• 
  You will first make the best tiramisu in the world from scratch. Once that is done, you can either make pasta (fettuccine) or potato gnocchi. Both will be done from scratch and our chef will teach you all the secrets and tips to making them both to perfection. 
• Once this is done, you will sit down to enjoy a full course meal which will obviously include the pasta or gnocchi, and the tiramisu you prepared.
