Cook 6 Thai Dishes in an Open Countryside Kitchen

課程介紹

Learn to cook your favorite Thai dishes in the tranquility of an organic garden with beautiful views of rice fields and mountains.

You can even pick your own vegetables, fruit and herbs for cooking in your dishes. We will make 6 dishes during our cooking class, including appetizers, a main course, and dessert. 

We are located 14km from Chiang Mai in the countryside. This is a local and non-touristy part of Thailand that most visitors won't find, unless you know a local!

Morning class

• Thai curry paste - red curry, green curry or yellow curry
• Tom Ka Gai - Thai coconut milk soup
• Pad Thai
• Thai chicken and cashew stir-fry
• Bananas in coconut milk
• One special dish

Evening class

• Khao Soi Curry Paste
• Tom Yum Gung Soup
• Spring Rolls
• Thai Basil Chicken
• Mango and Sticky Rice
• One special dish

時間表

Morning class

• 08:00-08:30 am: Pick up from your hotel.
• 08:30-09:00 am: Your first stop is at an authentic Thai market to learn about the ingredients you will be using.
• 09:30-10:00 am: Get to Bees Garden, to relax and have a cup of herbal tea before taking a tour of our organic nature garden where you will be able to try some of the produce grown here and select some ingredients.
• 10:30 am: You will retire to the kitchen, where you will prepare 6 delicious dishes whilst enjoying the splendid view of rice fields and mountains.  In between courses, you will enjoy eating and relaxing with friends in our scenic dining area.
• 02:00-02:30 pm: You will arrive back at your hotel. 

Evening class

• 3:30-4:00 pm: Pick up from your hotel.
• 4:30-5:00 pm: Your first stop is at an authentic Thai market to learn about the ingredients you will be using.
