課程介紹

You'll return to the outdoor dining area to enjoy a fun pasta-making class under the guidance of an experienced chef. In this class, you'll learn how to shape your pasta into different traditional forms. The kitchen staff will already have prepared delicious sauces to go with your creation. The sauces are made from the vegetables grown in the garden without anything artificial. The same goes for the animals. Creating organic and healthy ingredients to enjoy.

Before eating you can enjoy a short walk to the historical center, walking through our old streets and enjoy the breath-taking view.

After the class, you'll enjoy your creations in the outdoor eating area accompanied by the locally produced wine and spirits.

The menu varies according to the season and weather. Naturally, any special food needs (meat, fish, or vegetarian/vegan) can be accommodated upon previous agreement.

11:00 am: Arrive and be greeted with refreshments on our panoramic terrace
11:30 am: Start pasta making class
12:30 pm: Free time where you can enjoy a visit to our organic farm and garden or take a short walk to the historical old streets and enjoy the breath-taking views
1:00 pm: Enjoy eating your handmade pasta

"The highlight of our trip"

My family and I had such an amazing time cooking under the lemon trees. Our instructor was amazing and little Marco made us all smile and laugh throughout the class. The food was incredible. Staff was friendly and the views are breathtaking. Our trip ended a few weeks ago and my family still talks about how much fun we had during this experience. Highly recommend! Only regret is not doing the lemon tour because the class went by so fast and we arrived very late and we would have loved more time on the farm.

Everyone here was so sweet and amazing!! Little Marco was an amazing tour guide of the farm after helping demonstrate some pasta making techniques. The views while cooking were sooo gorgeous and their lemon garden was the most picturesque spot also! 10/10 would recommend! Pasta was delicious, experience was lovely and memorable and it was easy to find :)

This experience was absolutely amazing. Not only is the pasta teacher just so delightful, the pasta was so so delicious, the atmosphere is so welcoming, the class was fun and the view was spectacular I still can’t get over it. "Most incredible experience!!!"

If you are looking for a true Italian experience, look no further. This cooking class totally exceeded our expectations. We arrived at the farm off the cliffs of Italy, surrounded by lemon trees, and looking out to the most amazing view of the blue water. We were greeted by the sweetest Italian family, who gave us a tour of their farm. The cooking class itself was AMAZING, we made 3 different pastas, and then enjoyed our meals with homemade wine and bread. I 100% recommended this!
