A relaxing dip in an Italian lunch time
We will first start with a welcome coffee or a fresh drink to get to know each other.
Then we will have a brief explanation on the ingredients of their history and places in the Italian Traditional Home cooking, before starting on the preparation of a rich Italian lunch composed by an appetizer with a light white wine.
We will make at least two different pasta dishes with the appropriate dressing we choose coupled with a bottle of good wine and fruits.
There is not a fixed menu, as Riccardo will define the menu based on the fresh ingredients of the season, chosen at the fresh food stall street market.
We will have a yummy appetizer, at least two pasta dish, and you will learn how to make it handmade with some traditional dressing, and a special Italian dessert.
