泰式阿卡厨房是清迈相当与众不同的厨艺教室！座落于古城墙旁，让旅人学习泰国菜的同时，还能一窥阿卡料理的风貌，认识泰国文化与阿卡文化的差异，透过食物深入理解泰国的历史与阿卡部落的文化。这一次，一起走进泰国阿卡风格的厨艺教室，悠然放松的氛围下，愉快的学习泰式阿卡料理，聆听部落的故事。

- 4:30 pm: Pick up service from your hotel
- 5:00 pm: Market tour at Chiang Mai Gate Local Market
- 6:30 pm: Welcome with Akha tribe coffee drink and Cooking session
- 8:00 pm: Dinner
- 8:30 pm: Return to your hotel
- 9:00 pm: Arrived at your hotel

Niti was the perfect teacher. She was giving us a lot of information about the Akha and Thailand. Also the cooking together was very easy because she was explaining us everything, step by step.

The Cooking class was organised so perfectly and we enjoyed every second of it! So many things to try and taste. Our teacher was wonderful in explaining everything as well!!

"Best Cooking Class Ever!"
It was so much fun and the food was delicious. They were so great with all different diets and allergies and it felt so welcoming. The people working behind the scenes were so quick with cleaning and setting up, I mostly didn’t notice. All of them were super nice and helped whenever needed.
